Data collected

For bookings and gift card purchases, we collect only the information required to process the request: name, email, phone number, selected experience, date, time slot, membership consents and, when annual membership must be created, signature entered as a full name. Gift card recipient details may also be collected when needed.

Purpose

This data is used to manage annual membership of the L’Arbre de Vie association, confirm bookings, create appointments, manage gift cards, send practical information and carry out necessary administrative follow-up.

Payment and booking tools

Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Bank details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on the Les Néréïdes website. Appointment information may be sent to Cal.com to create and manage the booked time slot.

Audience measurement

The website uses internal measurement strictly limited to website administration. It stores daily totals only: the page path without query parameters, the type of action, and a coarse source category such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, direct or other. This module retains no analytics cookie, visitor identifier, fingerprint, name, email address, phone number, IP address or full URL. It cannot identify a person, reconstruct an individual journey or track browsing across other websites.

These anonymous statistics are produced exclusively for Les Néréïdes and are not sent to an advertising tool. Internal measurement is on by default and can be disabled at any time from “Analytics choice” in the footer. The preference stored on the device is used only to respect that choice.

With your consent, Google Analytics may also be used to measure visits, booking clicks, checkout starts and purchase confirmations in aggregate. The transaction identifier, type of experience and amount paid are used to prevent duplicate counting and measure journey outcomes. No name, email address, phone number or bank data is sent to this tool. Google tracking remains disabled until you accept it, and your choice can be changed from the footer. Refusing does not prevent browsing or booking.

After consent, non-directly identifying campaign information may also be attached to the booking: source, medium, campaign, content, term, landing page and capture date. It is used only to understand which channels bring bookings. No fingerprinting or cross-device matching is performed.

Retention and your rights

Data linked to membership, bookings and gift cards is retained only for the period required for administrative, accounting and association follow-up. Anonymous internal daily totals are deleted no later than twenty-five months after the measured day, and this retention period is reviewed periodically. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact.lesnereides@gmail.com.
